Does anyone know how much webers are for a Ford Shelby 427? Someone is trying to sell them for $8,000 and the whole engine for $19,000. I think that is too much, but I'd like to confirm.

Go to www.saac.com Those guys have the cars and will tell you what's what. Orginial parts from Shelby's with the correct date codes are quite expensive.
The Shelby guys at the above site will have the knowledge and the experience to let you know. They may want them theirselves. good luck
