Sometimes when I write things, people (even educated people) don't read the details. What is the reason? Are most people careful or careless?

I think most people are careless because, they are either in a rush, or not thinking...
People leave their trash on floors and tables at restaurants, they leave trash on the ground at parks or in their cars or on the roads...
They are basically lazy and wont pick up their trash and find a container to place it in...
In Answers here, people are again in a rush to answer more questions and they only read the headline part and then answer...
I have never understood that because you might have more details in your sub text...
I always read it all before I answer...
I am not in a rush and I like to use spell check...
Some answers do not spell correctly and I can't understand their answers...

Mostly Youngsters are careless and the elder are care about every think because they can that what will be the result of carelessness about any think.

Most people are more careful when it's something that is important to them. I find that they are more careless when it is something that is important to someone else.

Most people try their best to be careful. No one wants to be other than that, I am sure. Even when they are doing something wrong, even criminal, they try to be careful not to get caught.
