hot topic or ebay...forget about "manic panic", it doesn`t last very long...try "special effects" instead...i used to use "manic panic", but i was always having to re-touch my color, like every other week!!! but now i use "special effects" & one color process every 8 weeks keeps my color really vibrant!!!

hot topic or a sally's beauty supply store and get manic panic....after you use the manic panic color try not to wash your hair for 24 - 48 hours.... and after that, the less you wash your hair the color will stay bright longer.....i know it sounds gross but its true....if you've got hair that you dont have to wash everyday then that's great
