Your kinda 0.5 top and incorrect. Muscle does help with weight help yet in addition you will not see your abs (six %.) once you have physique fat overlaying them. you will not be able to "spot lose" fat the two. understanding your stomache doesnt mean it is going to shrink the combat around your stomache. workout outcomes your physique as an entire, not in one particular reigon. To get a flat stomache combine walking/working, crunches, take a seat ups, and leaping jacks. something that makes you sweat is powerful. additionally crunches merely commence working as quickly as you sense your abs burning. solid luck!

Mix it up....don't do so many sit-ups. Running and jogging will work the abs in such a way to make them look nice and lean. Lightning up on the protein may help you too because protein feeds and builds your muscles.

Jogging and running should help you lose some weight from your stomach. Try doing 30-1 hour everyday and don't eat late.
