Lots of love and attention. You should leave feed in front of them all day because they can get low blood sugar very easily.Also buy some nutrical from the vet or a pet store. It is a high claorie vitamin/mineral supplement that can save them during a low sugar attack. Watch where you walk, sit and lay down. They are always underfoot, under blankets, pillows. Make sure your chihuahua is an inside dog. They are not bred to be outside dogs. In cold weather, a sweater is almost mandatory if you live where it gets cold. Be patient with the potty training. Just love 'em. They are the best dogs in the world.

Your dog is a very small dog and need to be kept warm. They wil bond strongly with whomever holds them. They are fiercly attattched to their family
Never leave them outside. They need to be kept warm. Tey love to be tucked in a cozy place to sleep. Be careful of the puppy sleeping with you it you sleep hard and might roll over on them. Put the puppy in a little box next to your bedside where you can reach down and pet them when they wimper.
Being small dogs they need to eat more often than some puppys.
