Why would he? He's not showing much concern for other happenings in this world. He doesn't appear to care about AIDS, starving children, the homeless, the sick, the poor, the oppressed. In fact, he doesn't seem to care about much of anything.

I fail to see why masturbation would even interest him.

just who created Masterbation, and then calls it a sin? God!
After giving man the hormones that make his pecker rise, who says that that is sinfull? God! Man seems to be the only mamal on earth that God created that is supposed to supress its God given sexuality. Not saying that Rape and other sexual crimes are ok, just saying that we all do it, or have done it. Young and old, and i dont feel it is wrong! Actually its a good way to relieve Tension!

The Bible says nothing directly about masturbation. The only viable argument one can make against masturbation from a biblical standpoint is that God is interested in the heart. He tells us not to lust. Since masturbation all but demands the mind to lust, there is a strong case for avoiding it as sin. Also, some will argue that, since God created sexuality to be between a married man and woman, to fulfill one another and procreate, masturbation shortcuts God's intention for sexual release and is therefore selfish and inward. In the New Testament, Paul advises young people to go ahead and marry if they cannot seem to avoid lusting; it is better to marry that to burn with lust in sin.

Bible view:

Masturbation is an unclean habit. (2 Corinthians 7:1) However, the Bible does not class it with serious sins such as fornication. In fact, it does not mention it at all. Therefore, a lapse into masturbation would hardly be unforgivable. Viewing it as if it were beyond forgiveness could actually be dangerous; a youth might reason that there is little point in trying to overcome the problem. But Bible principles indicate that a Christian should put forth strenuous efforts to fight this habit. (Colossians 3:5) Jehovah knows that “we all stumble many times.” (James 3:2) If a relapse occurs, a youth need not feel condemned.

The Bible says; It is better to cast thy seed into the belly of a whore than to cast it upon the ground (or sand.?) I would agree with this, and it sounds like someone was caught too. Supposedly in Muslim heaven the men don't have a penis. No wonder why there are 72 virgins still waiting. Everything in moderation uno.

The Bible says that self-control is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit. Now most Christian men do masturbate at some points in their lives but most Christian men agree that they make a good effort to practice a good degree of self control with masturbation.

Now lets pretend that God didn't care about masturbation. I guess it would be fine to masturbate to your hearts content... once a day, no, twice a day.. and if you like three or four times a day.. Why not? Well masturbation becomes very habit forming. It seems like some demonic addiction that takes control of your life. God does not want us controled by our addictions.

Masturbation interests God because he wants us to have control over our lives. And because God considers marriage holy, and the place of sex (all forms of sex) is also holy.

Catholics work extensively - more than any other single NGO - with all of the above. Masturbation is vehemently condemned by jews; Catholics have the text in question in their canon but like all the jewish scripture they take it with a grain of salt; it's not important. I'm amazed you're not aware of our work with the homeless, the sick, the poor, the oppressed,AIDs. You don't read the papers much. Who do you think operates all those AIDS hospices? All those sleep shelters and soup kitchens for the homeless? Do you think those are atheists or fundamentalists? Who helps the working poor? Isn't that Catholic Family Services,no questions asked, doesn't matter - with any of our work - what your affiliation is,or even if you have one? Never heard of that? I think you have.
I think you're a hypocrite. Try looking up the local Dorothy Day House in your phone book.

Masturbation is the inspiration of demons and when you engage in it, you are fellowshipping with those demons. If you allow those demons to stay in your life they will bring you into bondage to worse sins which could lead to your death. All sin leads to the path of death, no matter how insigficant it seems. That's why God is concerned about this particular sin as well. I thought it was okay to masturbate as a christian too. But later in life, I began to actually see the demons standing over me a night, putting wicked thoughts and visions into my mind. Then one night while I was sleeping, I could not breathe. When I opened my eyes this demon had his hand over my mouth and nose and I could not breathe. I barely manages to get the name Jesus out of my mouth. When I did, the demon left the room quickly. The same spirit which was inspiring masturbation in my life was trying to kill me. That's why you don't want to take any chance with any kind of sin.

If God really cared, God would've made man's arms shorter (apologies to G. Carlin), then we would find out who REALLY loves us.

God is not a servant or our Doctor to come and serve us and solve our problems.
He gave us brains and mind and free willing as well, to decide and think what should and shouldn't we do.
