ok I feel like crap. like really crappy. the following are my symptoms:
weakness/ high physical fatigue
mental fatigue
shortness of breath
nausea
numbness in my right leg knee down (nothing debilitating yet, it just feels funny, like i've been sitting on it)
no fever
inability to think well
and if this helps, i've felt tired all day and most of this was very fast onset, nausea first, then the numb leg then the fatigue, and the nausea has significantly gone down from its high point. so if you have any idea what i may have and/or what to do about it i'd appreciate it

all except the knee sounds like a heart attack. the numbness and nausea and all the fatigue could be meningitis . I really think you need to go to the E.R. Also all this could be related to a traveling blood clot that has lodged in your leg. You really need to watch that leg for paleness temp changes different from the other leg . Pretty much get off the computer and go to the Hospital now

I don't know you or your body so, if it's an emergency I hope you would be addressing it rather than waiting for someone to respond. I had similar symptoms minus the leg falling asleep and adding inability to stay balanced the other day and it was due in part to a head cold that I had just gotten over, and the doc said I was suffering from some form of vertigo. It lasted a couple of days and went away, so i dunno :)

It might be Multiple Sclerosis. I did a huge paper and once interned at the Multiple Sclerosis Society and you have some of the symptoms. Mostly the fatigue and numbness in your leg.
I would definetly check with your doctor.

It could be a lot of things like MS, or a heart problem, iron deficiency, blood sugar problems, the list goes on. I would definitely get in to see a Dr. as soon as possible and let them run some test to see if they can get to the bottom of it. I hope you feel better soon!

I don't think you are dying, that is an exaggeration, even if it feels that way =]
If you feel this terrible you should just really get to a doctor as quick as possible to find out what caused all of these symptoms.

It depends on how old you are, but it sounds like you are having a heart attack. I would go to the doctor right away. Go now!! This sounds important. Go to emergency.

you're not dying but maybe you should call your doc if you're feeling that bad.
