Hi friend! If you enjoy starting your day with a cup of green tea, you'll be happy to know that it can help to remove some of the extra pounds that have accumulated over the years. According to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, green tea extract can increase your metabolism rate by 4%. So while you're sipping your tea, you're also burning fat.

Unless it's mainly water weight, I don't think you can lose 60 pounds in 2 weeks without risking serious health problems. However, that said, if you excercise regularly and cut your calories back (try somewhere between 1200 and 1500 calories per day and no more), you might be able to lose 10 pounds or more....just keep your expectations reasonable to avoid trouble.

Try a gym membership and go to jazzercise/pilates/spinning classes. Also, hire a personal trainer for a day and learn how to lift weights properly. All this will help.

there is no way to lose that much weight in 2 weeks or even 2 months. its not like you gained all that weight in 2 weeks...
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You cant. You can safely lose 2lbs a week MAX. Anymore you will destroy your metabolism which means gaining all the fat back in the long run. Crash diets ruin you, they are gauranteed failure. Fat loss is gradual, hard process which takes dedication, persistance and mental strength, 93% of dieters fail.

It is a lifestyle change more then a "how do i" thing. Healthy lifestyle becomes you, depends how badly you want to lose fat will determine how much you will change to accomplish it.
