I recently had Window's Movie Maker installed on my laptop because I have a love of making movies. I would like to create music videos with scenes from DVDs that I own instead of just still pictures. How do I go about doing that?

first rip the dvd with dvd decrypter ... then convert the dvd to avi with autogk ... then use virtualdub to extract the frames or clips u want from the avi ... then add to moviemaker ... google the terms .. all software is free ... and autogk will have the instruction u need to get to the avi stage ... virtualdub is simple to figure out ...

well, unless the footage is of what you took (ie recorded to a home DVDr camera) yu would be committing copyright infringement. ^_^


but, you need to rip the dvd to an AVI format, then impor that avi into your program to "splice" up for your use.

You have to edit the pictures together and then add the music
