That is the problem, what is best about your religion? That is why Jesus is the word of God. Whenever someone has a ready heart for this, the insights and understandings flow freely, but if there is no readiness ,any trace of receptivity soon disappears.that is way the Bible is proof positive for the word of God. Religion is a set of rules. The Bible is to nudge people towards receptive insight. I am not a Mormon so I care not to know any ones religions.

I can be tolerant...of others faiths, or religions.
But I seriously wish that people would Stop refferring to the Mormon cult as "another Christian Religion".
They do not, are not will never be Christians.
They believe in a whole different doctrine.
They believe Christ and Satan are Gods and I suppose His wifes, Children.
Christianity teaches us, God is Spirit.
Jesus Christ is the One and Only Son of God.
One and Only...
Only Son.
Sorry, trying not to get frustrated.
The Mormons take the first verse of the Bible, or one of the first, from Genesis,"God made man in His image".
Well I guess that means, God was a man first?
Uh...No, not really...or what?
So I guess I follow a religion that is at best difficult to understand.
But I would not say that Mormons are Christian.
Christians believe, That Jesus Christ Is God, Incarnate.
We believe that Christ is Gods One and Only Son, oh yeah, I guess I mentioned that like three times...
Christians Believe, neither Works, nor Deeds will get you into heaven, but Faith, in Jesus Christ Who Died, Gave Up His Life Freely, On The Cross for every mans ( persons) sins.
We bvelieve He Jesus, was Righteous, walk/ Lived a perfect and blameless life, He proved that man could live a sin free life...
Now see the Mormons, and I was Mormonized, in Salt Lake City Utah...So I got a pretty good idea of their false doctrine...
They Believe some really weird stuff.
Not by Faith, but Works and Deeds, that is how they think you enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.
Oh man i have been typing the same stuff all day long, and i started with it last night.
I have questions and answers, which are related...
Go see them if you so desire.
e-mail me too if you like.
I don't know, maybe I am wrong...But then, like every other person who follows a certain faith or religion, I am convinced , mine is the right one.
I am trying not to be condemning of others, or put down other faiths...It doesn't seem to be working apparently...
I am just trying to point out some facts, and I do not consider Mormons to be Christian at all.
No not with a whole other, so called book from God.
I think Joseph received the Brass plates, or whatever from Satan himself.
So, hmmm, there you go.
You know the Holy Bible teaches us, that Satan will come as an Angel of Light.
That is what Joseph Smith said he saw...An angel of light.
They are not Christians...
Maybe the best part of their religion is that one day they will be able to become a god, and rule over their own Universe.
Even Muslims know that there is ONLY ONE GOD.
Now see, having said that, How can I consider Jesus Christ, to be God incarnate?
Well that is the Faith I follow...Then too there is the Holy Spirit Counselor...God.
A Christian Jew/ I am sorry to say it that way, as I do not know what they are called, except that they believe Jesus is the Messiah...
Anyway, this boy was about 14 or 15, my sisters neighbor.
He described the one God, which Christians believe in, One God being the, Holy Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost...
He described, these three who are One, like," Water, Ice and Steam".
They are one element, H2O...But they are three, which are as one, as further described by Kaleb...Water in its frozen form, a solid, then heated up becomes a liquis, further heated, steam.
So that was a pretty good descriptin of how three are as one.
Well thats about all I got.
God Bless you.

Wow! a lot of trolls answered this one!
I like that we have a prophet of God so were aren't tossed to an frow by the sleight of man.
I also like that we have Christ's restored gospel... that hasn't been changed a million times to suit what people want to hear.
I like that Jesus Christ is the head and cornerstone of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
thanks for the Q!

When I was a mormon, the thing I loved the most was the fellowship and the people I met. You feel very secure and safe when you are a mormon.
I am no longer a mormon though, so I dont know if it counts.

BEING A GODDESS. I liked the classes on wednesday that taught women to be homemakers, they were like Martha Stewart classes, I like the daddy-daughter dinners, I liked SLC,UT how they perserved everything, historically, there was always something to do, I liked it when someone was sick or died, there would be a week of homecooked meals already prepared by the visiting teachers for each day (the evening meal), I liked being taught how to be independant, I was in the churhc welfare for four months so that helped out, but beyond that, I have nothing else positive to say.

That Jesus Christ, the Son of God, will forgive those that truly repent of sins and that we have His Holy Priesthood on earth today to officiate in holy ordinances for Him.

The fact that we're the One True Church and anyone belonging to anything else is a member of the 'whore of the earth' and an abomination. Our holy scripture says so. That what we like the best.
We used to be all white, but couldn't play college basketball with the Gentiles, so we changed it a little.

I was raised mormon.
but.... I no longer subscribe to all that
Mormons believe in polygamy in heaven... so... if you marry a mormon guy, get ready to "share" him in heaven. I was taught that in seminary and I was like...
wtf?!!!
so.....
they also have a real shady history that they won't be happy to talk about
dont forget... Joseph Smith had MULTIPLE wives.. many of whom bore him children. You can read about it in the JOURNALS that they left behind.
look... the truth is.. they are a **mostly** good religion, and I don't HATE them at all
but...
They sure are not upfront about alot of the wacky teachings...
i could go on allllllllllllllllllll day

I like how much we focus on Jesus Christ and make him the center of our lives. I love how we are so into families and strengthining the family unit.
