haha Whatever floats your boat. Wash your hair, then use a blow dryer to dry it all and don't brush out your hair while doing it. After its dry, flip your head upside down and start teasing/brushing it (this will add a lot more volume). Afterwards, use your fingers to work some hairspray in it and just puf everything out. Seriously, you just have to go crazy with it. Its easier to do this when you have naturally curly hair.

i don't know why you want it frizzy, i'm desprately trying to avoid it. >_<

but if you have curly hair, brush it. ALOT.
for straight hair, try going about down to your ears with the brush, then move to another spot & repeat.

if all else fails, HEAD BANG BABY! =]

Why the heck would you want to get your hair frizzy!!!!??? Millions of people would kill for straight hair!!! Don't ruin your hair!!!!

Or get volumizing hairspray , a teasing comb and tease it up spray it ! poof it out !

I dunno how you could make it permanent, but I do know that if you hold your hair(small section at a time) directly up above your head and comb it in a reversed direction of how you'd normally do it, it'll look pretty wild.

cut your hair in layers and get a really tight perm

create friction on ur hair. rub ur hair with a towl. rub a bloon on ur head to make it static
