you would lose water weight and muscle not fat and dramatically slow down your metabolism which will make fat loss in future sooooo much harder. plus you will gain back even more than lost as soon as start eating normal.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

no u wll loose more weight if u eat 6 small meals a day all containing about 100 cals so u don t go over board and u work out a lil like 3 times a week and u will loose ALOT of weight my sis lost 12 pds!!

carbohydrates should be eatten more maybe fruits vegetables ,no problem you will not gain weight ,but eat very less amount of fats like milk products and meats of animals etc .and eat very less protiens like pulses.then you can eat stomach full of food and you will lose the weight ,by eatting stomach full also.eat less protiens and fats then you will lose weight and eat more carbohydrates to fill stomach ,dont do starvation by fating protiens and fats .it is useless

yes! but change either the granola bar or muffin to veggies, you'll lose even faster and a little more healthily. but that's still not very healthy.

NO, u r starving yourself. try weight watchers, u can eat whatever u want within your target points. u lose about 1-2lb a week, which is enough. u don't want to lose any more then that.

you would not lose weight because your body would go into starvation mode and retain more fat so you'd just gain weight. you need to eat HEALTHILY like foods from every food group.

That's horrible.

That's pretty much starvation.

Eventually, you're body will eat it's own muscle.
