i have a spanish crossword puzzle I have to do for my spanish class. the one i can't get is [Paint!] there are only 5 spaces in the crossword puzzle and the only translation of paint that i know of is: pintura and that has 2 more letters then the crossword puzzle calls for. Cna you please help me?!?

Kendra.....
If it is a noun (=pintura) :matiz, tinte, color.
If it is a verb (=pintar) :teñir........
or it could be a command: pinta, pinte.

It has to be "pinta" from the verb "pintar" = to paint

Paint! is a command.

The verb "to paint" is "pintar," the command "paint!" is "pinta!"

It's "pinta."
