Accepting that God created our souls to have free will. So we have choice to do as we wish. All our perceptions are formed by the knowledge we have to form our opinions for which we act. Therefore, to disobey God we must have had insufficient knowledge, and so made the wrong choice by eating the apple from the tree of knowledge? I accept that God wishes us to have free will as to whether we love him or not (as we also like others to appreciate us), seems reasonable. The question is why would God create beings that could come to the wrong conclusion? Surely it is in his power to create beings that know why God is worth appreciating? Is it simply the case that God likes to produce some beings whom have to earn their knowledge without divine gift?

He gave us reason and we use that reason to learn about Him. Because He gave us free will, He didn't give us full knowledge. We need to use our will to learn new things and find the knowledge we need.

As a "non-believer" I find it great that u asked this question. It brings out a question I have asked christians time & time again.

If God judges us, who judges God?
No one judges God, he is the creator & he is perfect.

Look around you across this globe. does this look like perfection to you??
God didnt do this we did. He gave us "free will".

Gave us free will?? Thats like giving a 4 year old a loaded gun & telling him to go out and play with his friends. Im not responsible for him shooting his friends officer, he has free will.

The two atomic bombs dropped on Japan in WW2. Are we to say Albert Einstein who created the bombs had no responsibility???

Charles Manson never actually killed anyone, yet we hold him responsible???

If there is a God. I see him as an unfit, irresponsible parent, who should be locked up for child endangerment. Look at all the horrors, pain, & suffering throughout the history of this world. A loving God?? I DONT THINK SO!! And he's so powerful that he could end all this suffering with a wave of his hand??? And he doesnt?? He sits in the heavens looking down while people slaughter each other in his name & does nothing. Definately not the kind of being I want to worship. Nor do I want any part of his heaven. As far as I can tell, God IS the biggest mass murder in the history of the world.

It's not based on free will, but disobedience. Do you have children? He told us not to eat from the tree. The devil said that if we did that we would be like God. We were already like God. Temptation is the honest effort by God to test us with. We are all born with an innate knowledge of right and wrong. He wants to be wanted. Is that such a crime too?

It wasn't apple.
And would u leave an interesting life if u
know all? Learning is a process of life.
Knowing you achieve something or
have grown from something are great
experiences. God is worth appreciating
because He deserves it. I hope God will
give you experiences that would make you
learn how to appreciate Him.

The point is that Adam did have enough at hand to make a different decision. That's why he was held accountable for it. Faith in his wife, instead of subjecting her to the advances of a snake, might have helped. Love - so as to not to test the boundaries just to see what would happen.

Good question.

I'd like to ad the note that Satan, who is the most powerful created being, and who covered God himself with his wings, apparently made "the wrong choice."

If the best thing every created didn't know enough and got it wrong, how are the odds for us?

Stacked deck.

God gave us the determination of loose will because of the fact He didn't wish us to be like robots. He needs us to chosen to love Him, not merely love Him because of the fact we ought to continuously. pressured love has no which skill. Do you like dragging your canine on a stroll or having him stroll obediently beside you? that is a similar way with God. I additionally observed your use of the word "harmless solid human beings." there's no such this as an harmless guy or woman. "For all have sinned and fallen in need of the honour of God." there's no such difficulty as an harmless guy or woman. we are all to blame. when you consider that God is merely, He ought to punish us with dying. in case you think of you're solid, then think of back. have you ever mentioned an average word? have you ever held a grudge? in case you have, you're a sinner. anybody ought to circulate to hell in this occasion ... yet... "For God so enjoyed the international that He sent His merely begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish yet have eternal life." God does not stress us to have self assurance in Jesus. he's very saving us from our own sins! you're reaction is like that of a guy striking on a cliff, and after a rope is thrown down by making use of a chum, you assert, "that is not trouble-free! I the two ought to take the rope or die! you're forcing me to do it!" God is throwing you the rope. Will you're taking it?
