I need to reset my computer settings when you open a page and they one opens up on top of the other, instead my settings have changed for some reason and they are opening in a stair-stepping pattern and I have to move them up and back over to the left a bit. I can't remember what it's called so I can't search for it on my computer. Thanx so much and I hope someone can understand what I am talking about - LOL. Thanx in advance -

It's when I open a page, like email, yahoo, anything. I want to reset for the pages to "stack" one over the other. For some reason they are opening in a "fan" or like a deck of cards fanned out. I don't know how else to explain it. I know I have seen the setting somewhere on my computer, but I don't remember how to get there or what it's called.

Learning how to browse the web faster and more easily
Learning a few basic things, such as how to use the buttons on the Internet Explorer toolbar, can make browsing the web easier and faster.

To start browsing the web, click any link on your home page, which is the page that appears when you open Internet Explorer. You can see whether an item on a page is a link by moving the mouse pointer over the item. If the pointer changes to a hand, the item is a link. A link can be a picture, a 3-D image, or colored text (usually underlined).

If you press the CTRL key when you click, the link will open in a new tab. Click the new tab to view the webpage.

OK so your problem is switching between open applications i am guessing, so press alt and tab at the same time to switch among open applications/programs. You can also right click on your taskbar and click properties and make your taskbar not hide. Maybe you need to right click on your desktop and press properties then the last tab

Look either in your control panel>folder options, or from control panel>system>advanced> performance settings

One of these should help, it's not your browser you're talking about, right, just window?

DORDLE? Which Browser are you using? Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, what?

Try right clicking on the bar beside the start button, and see watch your setting are for cascading windows. I think this is what you want to know.
