Your best recourse is to see your Vet. There should be a number on the medicine bottle you can call, also the Pet Poison Hotline is 800-213-6680 (there should be a $35 consultation fee charged to a credit card) is available and should be able to let you know what to do.

You need to get him to a vet. I assume this product you're using is from a shop - please be aware that as well as being ineffective, these products can be very dangerous.

Please get the animal medical attention, and in future only use flea treatment purchased from a vets - these are safe even if ingested!

EDIT: if you want me to email you back you need to change your profile to accept emails, I can't reply at the moment! I will say if your dog is still being sick or appearing lethargic you REALLY need to get him to a vet - for one thing if you bought this product at their surgery they need to know how toxic it is! I've never heard of a treatment called 'Venom' I'm surprised they sell something so toxic, and with such a weird name, at a vets. There's no more treatment you can give at home, the dog needs medical attention.

Definately call your vet, and the poison hotline like what was already said.
Most likely they will tell you to induce vomiting (same as people who are poisoned)
If they dont tell you to take him in right away, probably will also tell you to keep a very close eye on him for ANY other symptoms.
How much did he lick? Poison can also be absorbed through the skin

Read the label on the package and see if it gives any advice.
