The Iraq War has probably saved the lives of various teenagers who would be drunk and crashing their cars at frat parties if they weren't driving down the road in Iraq getting bombed.

It's not the most direct link or efficient cause, however.

No, it was a courageous American citizen with ethics. Doesn't matter what political party he belonged to. He did what was right in facing Islamic Jihad.

So is President Bush. So should we all.
