The god of process theology is not the God of the Bible. The god of process theology is not sovereign, omnipotent, or immutable. At times process theologians such as Whitehead even sound pantheistic (though they deny being such). The God of the Bible can not be the same god as the one taught in process theology. One must choose between the two. I have little respect for the intellectual integrity of those who try to hold to any kind of outward adherence to the Bible while trying to interpret it through a grid of such an alien philosophy as process theology. If God be God, worship him. If process theology's god is god then do whatever is appropriate. The two are not compatible.
