Well first off mitsuko lending is a scam one of my close friends found out the hard way and now what ?

What can we do to well try and get the money back obveously?

What can we do to try and help others be aware of it being a scam?

What can we do to help any law inforcement that would be responsoble for this type of crime?

You can't do much to get your money back. The one thing scam operators are extremely good at is disappearing into thin air. As for informing others, its probably to late, scams usually shut down and reopen somewhere else under a different name every few weeks. Learning to recognize a scam before you are ripped of is the only defense.
