A.. usually do both at once, or in sequence: 1 then 2, or 2 then 1, sometimes even 2 then 1 then 2 again :-)
B. It's a pretty good idea to poinit Willie into the bowl - otherwise you pee on the floor, and maybe even your pants & shoes.
Buit contrary to those that brag about "how cold the water is," Willie's head does not go underwater.

The relaxation of the muscles that control defication also relaxes the muscles that constrict the urethra, and prevent the flow of urine.
I'm sure one could practice controlling said muscles, but there is no real point, you're already sitting down....
