i dont tan well either. but all i can tell you is to lay out with a magazine for hours. i do it and it seems to work. then wait 30 minutes before you get in the shower so your tan wont "wash away". when you get out of the shower, use lotion (if you're sunburned) so you wont peel and you'll tan

Well the only thing that will make you tan really quick in the self tanner in a bottle. You can try Mystic Tan but it runs. Or an airbrush tan but they run and fade too. If you want to go the natural rtoute (the sun or tanning bed) then it takes a good couple of months to get a good base tan. Just get some Hawaiian Tropic tanning lotion or oil and lay out for about 30 minutes at first, just until you start to feel warm. If you get hot, you're burning, so get out of the sun. Burning only makes you go backwards, you never want to burn. And you need to lay out every other day. Everyday is too much and takes the vitamins out of your skin that you need to turn brown. Giving it a rest for a day in between lets your skin build those vitamins back up so you'll turn golden. But the main thing is to be patient. If you try to do too much to soon, you'll only damage your skin and make recovery time longer, meaning you won't be tan as quickly.

Slap on some baby oil and head to the beach. It's the best way to get a tan. Just make sure you put on some sun block because you burn easily.

Get a St. Ives moisturizer with sunless tanner in it (comes in a narrow cylindrical white bottle). Apply it every day, or twice a day for a quicker result. It builds a tan up slowly and gradually (though it will take a few days to a week for you to really notice the difference), and it gives you a very natural color. I've been using it for a few weeks and I LOVE it!

3 step process.

1. Pour Gasoline all over your body.
2. Light a match
3. Place match close to gasoline soaked skin.

(remain calm and ablazed for 20 seconds or until desired skin tone. Have a large pool or fire extinguishers near by just in case of accidents.)
