Depends. Formal: "Ee des" (it's all good, sir). Not formal: Sho-go-nai (no worries) or dai-jo-bu (i'm cool, don't worry about it). Not exact, and I'm not a fluent speaker, but 2 years spent in Yamagata-ken eating cherries ...
