When did the American born family unit become a disposable commodity? When did racial diversity replace the value of moral dedication to our own children? When did the statement Justice Is Blind come to be translated as blind to the Law? Moreover, when did serving the Law replace serving the public?

Too many questions.
1) The American family has always been a disposable commodity; especially where sons are concerned. That goes all the way back to the Revolutionary war.

2) How on earth would anybody replace the value of moral dedication to children with racial diversity? That question doesn't even make sense, those are two unrelated concepts.

3 & 4) So which is it- Serving the Law, or Blind to it? We make our leaders swear to uphold our laws when they take office- serving the law is how we expect them to serve us.

Your question doesn't make sense, but here's what I think, the american family unit has been on the decline since the sixties all you have to do is look at the programs on tv.All races are for the most part dedicated to the well being of their children, there are good and bad parents in all races, yes it is illegal to come into the U.S. without a visa, but there's no way to send them back, and besides we need those people,so the best thing to do is to build a fence and keep the future illegals from entering but leave those that are already here alone.

Diversity promotes tolerance and understanding. The world could do with a lot more of that! No one is "disposing" of American families. There are lots of them alive and well. Your question doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

Mostly in the 70s, if memory serves, though it's been a long process, and it would be hard to pinpoint, I think the turning point was in there.
