If God turns out to be true, then it must be him who gave me a brain to think.
But my logic holds me from believing in the unseen, hence in God. Why would God(to be revealed) then punish me for something HE created for me?

I believe in God, and I could never make a judgement about your beliefs... which is kind of what you seem to be asking me to do by answering this question. I can't "play God" for a bit - I cannot begin to imagine what must go on inside his mind. The way I understand God is that he will judge each of us according to his will. I would never presume to know God's will, so I can not answer your question in good faith. Perhaps if you read the bible or prayed looking for an answer to your question you would find it? I hope that you are not punished! Peace be with you.

That is not any human place to judge.

God is reasonable and knows in this world of spritual sickness and the offers of other alternatives that it will draw away huge crowds away from the truth about it.
Honestly, even those who profess to be christians are in the darkness also as many people in christendom know little about the coming of the paradise earth. Rather they are taught all good people will go to heaven and all bad people will burn in hell, which is not the case in the Bible.
A way to find out about God is to search for examples of people who live by biblical standards. People who do not get involved in the politics of the world or the bloodshed of wars of the nations.
People who do the unashamed visible preaching work of the kingdom. People who are prepared to give you studies from your own home of the Bible. People of exemplary behaviour that is evident of the faith of their beliefs.
That is what got me involved with Jehovah's Witnesses. I too lived the worldly course and doubted God. But when shown the evidences in the Bible and it opened my eyes to a real future not in heaven but living forever on this earth as Matthew 5:5 promised.
If you do not get accurate knowledge of the Bible then yes why wouldn't it be hard to believe in God. That would be understandable.

Faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities though not beheld - Hebrews 11:1

This is pretty close to what I used to say.
Then God intervened in my life and I can’t doubt anymore.
So obviously He didn’t hold it against me or else why would he intervene? Or maybe he loves us so much that He’s not willing to give up on us that easily.
God doesn't object to us using our brains and thinking logically.
But when He attempts to intervene and we willfully ignore Him, we only hurt ourselves.
When all is said and done it’s not about whether we choose to think logically. But are we so full of pride and ego that we refuse to listen when God calls.

you presume your logic is valid and pure. Logic is manipulated and adjusted each day. Science relies on logic yet science is adjusted daily.

Second logic, human logic, is tainted with sin. We cannot think as well as we should because of sin.

God has given you a brain, but more than that, He has given you opportunity after opportunity to reason His words and to make your decision. Your decision is the overriding factor, as flawed as it may be, He has given you a way out...if you take it.

Because we are human, it is difficult to believe in something that we have no tangible proof in. That is, something we can see, hear, etc..
Yes, God gave you a brain to think as well as free will. So if you had something to see or hear provided you with unquestionable proof that God existed, what good with your faith be?

The Bible tells us that we must believe by faith and not by sight. It takes much more intellectual thinking and believing with our hearts, to know and seek God.
If you believe in Jesus, by faith, you will not be punished, according to the Bible.

Your free will allows you to decide what YOU alone want to believe.

My logic makes it so that I believe in him. I am thinking your logic must stink and therefore He would be right.

The truth is that it is not your logic as faith is not a matter of logic but of faith. However, you have faith in other things (everyone does). The simple fact is that you are making a choice.

Then that's his d@mn fault for not giving undeniable proof(And yes I said d@mn on purpose). I can see your point because it's hard to believe in someone when there's no REAL PHYSICAL UNDENIABLE PROOF and when everything is just a bunch of educated theories. All those who are criticizing you or that will criticize you are stupid for not even looking at your question from your perspective.

God's word is very simple. He asks that you admit that you are a sinner, repent of your sin and accept the sacrifice of His son, Jesus, on the cross. If you cannot do any of this, then yes, He will hold you accountable.

Jesus tells us that we can find God with our minds (brains). I'd strongly suggest that you study the resurrection and follow where the evidence leads.

Not even Thomas Jefferson thought that:

“Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve the homage of reason than that of blindfolded fear”
