This morning I hada peanutbutter sandwhich. (300 calories)
It was all natrural though.
Do you think that was bad?
And too much fat?
My docter said to eat more fat and protein so my hair wouldn't fall out so much.
But was that too much?

Not at all. And I hope that wasnt all that you ate today. Peanut butter is an extremley good source of protien, just keep it in moderation and watch the portion sizes ;] 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (around 200 calories) counts as a serving of meat and beans....but who measures their peanut butter? Just letting you know though. If you're concerned about fat, get low fat peanut butter. But if your doctor is telling you to include more fat and protien, then my guess is that you need it. It was fine.

peanut butter is part of the fat group and its really not a good thing to eat . its better to add a supplement call flax seed oil get it in the liquid foam because it;s more potent then the caps you need the good fats. peanut butter is the bad fats and it will ony make you put on more pounds. you can get the flax seed oil at your local gnc or health food store. it needs to be in the fridge to stay cold. and to increase your protein you need to get some whey protein from eas again you can get this at your local gnc or health food store. the flax seed is good for hair, skin, nails, your heart, your immune system and for loosing weight. the same for the whey protein. go to the web www.eas.com or go to www.google.com to learn about these two supplements i told you about in my answers. hope this helps.

I think all things in moderation are fine. If your hair is falling out you may want to try taking biotin (supplement). I've found it very helpful for me.

depending on how many calories a day you are supposed to be eating..if your hair is falling out does it really matter? you're obviously not eating properly or else your hair wouldn't be falling out..SO EAT!!
