This sounds more like a Bully situation.
My first instinct is to tell you about some technique where you can attack him so he won't bother you again. But, he could come back after you again with a vengence.
So, before you go for groin shots that might miss and anger him, consider reporting this to someone with authority at your school. Sometimes in life you have to decide between being "tough" or being smart. If he attacks you again, unprovoked, report it to the police.
These things can escalate out of control and someone ends up seriously injured or dead. You don't want to be part of either.
In my experience, when a bully is confronted he turns yellow. But, you are saying you already fought back and he is still coming back. You might be dealing with a psychopath so you need to reach out for help. When you do emphasize the serious nature and how it is effecting your life. Don't give up by reporting him just once, keep it up.
You do not deserve to go through your life worrying about whether someone is going to attack you with violence. You also do not need to ruin your future by doing something out of fear that you will regret for the rest of your life. Try to keep a cool head about this situation. These tough guys in your school years usually end up in prison or beaten so badly that they become humble. I know it is frustrating, but asking other people is a sign of maturity. Stay on that path.

I myself have been hit in the crotch real hard, and it didn't stop me. Sure,it mgiht stop some people, but it won't always.
If he always throws you to the ground to win, that could be an indication that he lacks the ability to easily fight a standing opponent.
As such, learn how to avoid being thrown and how to be a good standing fighter. I would advise just taking a martial art, because you would get more out of it than any of us could answer in a little space.
It may also help to learn ground fighting as well. Also, if he lacks good balance, it may be easier to just dodge his attack and use his momentum against him. I have seen many noob fighters go down because they just punch with their whole weight and lose balance. You could use his punch to get in real close and then knock him down.
However, strike then retreat from his reach, lest he grab you.

Ok, first of all, If the guy is grabbing you then he wont expect you to be aggressive. A couple of quick strikes to his center line (eyes, nose, throat, stomach and groin) using open palm strikes and punches will be a good start. There are many good joint manipulation moves in Akido. Remember this..Even if he pounds you after you hit him with a few solid strikes, he will think twice about it next time. A bully only picks on people who won"t fight back. Hang in there.

i gonna guess that if your being tossed your of somewhat small stature. no offense i am to. anyway in order to counter his strength and power your going to have to hit and move. don't let him grab you at any cost keep moving. make sure your attacks are strong but quick. and like previously stated a swift kick to the groin will make him hurt. usually when a male is struck there it causes them to bend over foward or fall to their knees. if any of those two situations arise continue to hit him until he is down.

Join your schools wrestling team and/or for a quick fix ask one of the school's best wrestler to show you, and let you practice on him, what's called the "double leg take-down". When confronting him or vice versa, in your case, fake a few punches to his head and then shoot in or dive in for his legs and basically tackle him. Then, you can hall off on him wth some punches. When I was in high school, I taugh all my non-wrestling friends that and it proved very effective.

Train hard. There's no easy trick. The real "trick" in martial arts is practice.
