Definatly not the '07 Camry. Too many consumer complaints-read through the (147) formal safety complaints to the NHTSA:
http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/complain/complaintresults.cfm?start=1&SearchType=DrillDown&type=1&year=2007&make=TOYOTA&model=CAMRY&component_id=0&PrintVersion=YES

ALL Prius are imported from Japan & that does nothing for North American Economy . & since you can no longer get the federal tax break on this Hybrid, I would opt for another make, that still gets a tax break. Besides that, they have other issues :

The Civic (I guess) would be choice, if these 3 are the ONLY choices I had.
However, since Honda just fought & lost a class action suit regarding their innacurate odometers, (clicking off more miles than actually driven)
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/03/13/earlyshow/main2562144.shtml
I would be leary.
{Having a reputation for getting good gas mileage is voided by the fact that the odoometer is inaccurately recording miles that actually are not driven, hence the owners are duped in to thinking that they're getting better gas mileage than realty.}

So there you go, you asked for my likes & dislikes regarding these 3 models.
{I personally would buy a Fusion}

That's quite a difference in cars you're looking at. 3 different sized cars, 3 different prices... what are you looking to get out of your car?? Better gas - civic or prius (or camry hybrid, but that's much more cash). Less money? Prious. More space and/or seats? Camry. A more solid car? Camry. Something cool for younger people? Civic. Something reliable? Well, you really, really can't go wrong with any of these cars on your list - both these brands have as good a track record as a car company can have and none will steer you wrong.

If you look at Yahoo Autos, check out the comments about the 2007 Camry.....lots of comments about transmission problems so be careful. As popular as the camry is, I am thinking that 2007 may not be the best year. I am looking at cars to replace husband's pick up and cars were in the running - now we decided on either SUV (small end) or minivan..... Seriously read the comments on all 3 you mention! Hopefully that will help! Good luck!

Camry. Number one seller for many years, I own 2. A 2003 with 52,000 miles, and a 1992 with 179,500 miles. Both have been extremely reliable and trouble free, I have only done typical maintenance, and have never been left stranded. Also camry has a much HIGHer resale value. Do some research on resale values and reliabilty.
