HARD TO SPECULATE HERE !! Jeff Gordon is the active driver with the most active victories. He’s won seven races here.
Greg Biffle won the past two races here, and Jimmie Johnson won the two before that.
Darlington’s one remaining race has been run on Mother’s Day weekend since May 2005.
A victory tonight would make Hendrick Motorsports the most successful team in Darlington history. Rick Hendrick and Junior Johnson are each credited with 11 victories at the track.
No driver has won here after starting on the pole since Dale Jarrett in 1997.
Five drivers — Greg Biffle, Jeff Burton, Dale Jarrett, Bobby Labonte and Mark Martin — have won at Darlington in both the Cup and Busch series.
Since Dodge joined Cup again in 2001, there have been two Chevy victories, two Ford victories and two Dodge victories

I would love to see Jr win, but if not I'm thinking Kevin Harvick for the win, he's had some great cars, just a series of bad luck tho. I think he's due this weekend.

for my fantasy nascar. i am not sure who i will pick but i put gordon or johnson..i have to pick one b4 the race tho but i think i am going to pick jimmy johnson cause gordon has to loose sooner or later. lol but it would actually be cool to see dale jr. win after he announced he is going to b leaving DEI at the end of the season. always been an earnhardt fan. my dads room has everything of earnhardt..and some harvick but he is a HUGE fan!! [[R.I.P dale sr.]]

I usually pull for Tony, but I would like to see Junior win this one. He is due a win. Junior is a good driver and has turned into a gentleman lately.

looks like you guys that picked gordon were right. although hamlin did pick up an award. he beat that astronaut woman, you know, the one that wore that diaper for 12 hours. well, hamlins had one on the whole season. i just hope that he can find that darn pacifier,, before the next race.good luck denny, who will you blame your next loss on.how about bush, he-- they blame him for everything else.
