Not. If you believe that, then you believe that every single crime committed throughout history by a Christian was committed by a 'false' Christian. Which would bring us to the true Scotsman thing....

Absolutely! the Bible teaches in both the OT and the New that the law is written on everyone's heart. It is this part of one's soul that the Holy Spirit convicts which leads to surrender to belief and consequently to God's will.

It is possible. Then again, it is possible that as we develop (evolve), those parts of our brain will become active.

We just don't know.
