My windows install went bad, reinstalled on new hd and thought I'd harvest old files, but my outlook .pst and desktop folders are non-accessible from this new windows installation? Help? Anyone know a work around or how to gain access permissions again?

This only works if you did NOT encrypt the files and folders.
