Immoral behavior is not justified. Justification is by Faith. Immoral behavior is a result of the sin nature. When Adam sinned in the Garden of Eden, thus fell sin upon all man, resulting in the Sin Nature that we are all born with. We don't have to teach a man to sin they already know how. The Bible teaches that even though we are born with the Sin Nature that we are to repent, and seek God through prayer for the guidance and direction for our behavior. The closer one gets to God the less they have the desire to sin. Immoral behavior is never justified.

I haven't quite made it to the level of God yet. I don't justify my immoral decisions, I just ask for forgiveness from them.

We come to God just as we are. When the Holy Spirit comes inside of us to live with us, He starts purifying and refining us.
And whatever the Holy Spirit begins, He is more than able to finish. I may sin, but the Holy Spirit eventually removes that sin from me. The Holy Spirit teaches me all things concerning Christ.
