what would they taste good with?
I only have:
mustard
ketchup
hot sauce
blue cheese sauce
lots of spices

ketchup with a few herbs to make it look special -- herbs de provence, or savory, thyme, garlic whatever -- serve it warmed up
If you have some balsamic vinegar, add a splash of that or some lemon juice. You could also add a splash of hot sauce.
If you have any bottled marinara sauce, that would taste good heated up.

hot sauce is good with it, but blue cheese sauce sounds good too.
