None, but the aspartame is soooooooooo bad for you. Why not go with the regular and just not drink as much? Better yet, why not make it yourself from white raspberry tea bags and add Agave Syrup to sweeten it.

What is Agave Nectar?

Agave Nectar is a natural caloric sweetener with the lowest glicemic index obtained from the Agave plant that can be used to sweeten any type of beverage or food. Agave Nectar comes from the Agave Plants. The plants are in the same family as the Blue Agave, from which tequila is made.

Agave Nectar as a Sweetener
Only recently has it come in use as a sweetener. It has a low glycemic level and is a delicious and safe alternative to table sugar. Unlike the crystalline form of fructose, which is refined primarily from corn, Agave Nectar is sweet in its natural form.

This nectar does not contain processing chemicals. Even better, because it is sweeter than table sugar, less is needed in your recipes and meals. It can be most useful for people who are diabetic, have insulin resistance (Type II, non-insulin dependant) or are simply watching their carbohydrate intake.

Low Calorie Sweetener
Agave Nectar is the recommended natural caloric sweetener in low calorie diets for reduction and weight control, mainly when it is added to non-acid foods and beverages. It might be used in less than quantity than sucrose or synthetic sweeteners, obtaining the same sweetness level with fewer calories.

In recipes, use about 75% less of this nectar that you would use of table sugar. ¼ cup of Agave Nectar should equal 1 cup of table sugar. Due to its slow absorption by the human body, Agave Nectar works as intelligent caloric food, since it is absorbed according to the body needs.

I believe that white tea does have some health benefits of its own, IF and only if it is consumed in its pure form. Once you add all the flavorings and sugars that Lipton adds to the raspberry white tea, you lose all of the health benefits that you could have had from the tea itself. Sorry, but straight tea and water are still the only really healthy way to go. If you want to try something that's flavored, but much healthier for you than the Lipton drink, you might try the following recipe. Take 2 of the family-sized decaf Lipton tea bags, and put them in a large pitcher of water along with 3 bags of Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer tea. Allow this to sit on your counter and brew for several hours. Remove the tea bags and add Luzianne unsweetened raspberry flavoring (Use as much as suits your taste. I usually use about 3-4 Tbsp.). Finally, add about 1 tsp. of stevia to sweeten. Stevia is a nice herbal sweetener that doesn't affect the blood sugar levels and doesn't cause the digestive problems that xylitol, mannitol, and other similar sweeteners cause. Stir it all together, refrigerate, and enjoy!

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.

You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.

It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out this video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.
