Because the skin is sensitive. Unlike men who shave everyday so the skin gets used to it. Try shaving the legs often then the bumps will be no more.

Some have very coarse hair on their legs. This causes the skin around the follicle to be slightly raised. When the razor passes over it, the skin is scraped very lightly and therefore is irritated and red. Depillatory creams or waxing is best for this person.

I usually use Skintamate with lotion in it and it remedies the bumps. I would look into the razor possible because it may cause razor burns or gives you a rash on your legs.

you're shaving too oftentimes...and probable making use of a much less costly razor- get a effective razor with a minimum of three blades and use shaving cream. do not shave dry- which will do it too. solid luck!

they are called razor bumps and maybe it could be the shaving cream you use. also try a special cream to use after shaving.

because they might need a new razor. its called razor burn and happens alot when you leave your razor in the shower and rust builds up.
simple solution, let the bumps alone and they will disappear, but you need a NEW razor.
