We are hearing the same exact things about Iran that we did about Iraq yet Iraq had no weapons of mass destruction and over 3,000 soldiers did and hundreds of thousands of civilian iraquis. How can Americans support a war with Iran when the government lied so much about Iraq?

If very good friend of your, you have known for 10 years call you on the telephone and said they have information that there is a bomb in your mother's house, and it is gonna detonate in about 15 minutes. What would you do?

#1 Get to your mother's house the fastest way you know how?

#2 Wait to get additional information?

#3 I know that this is a joke, so I am gonna have another beer and go tomorrow.

Now if you selected #1 most sensible people would because they would not want to see anything happen to their mother. That would be my reaction.

Now suppose that same friend, came to you later and said, sorry man I got some bad wrong information. Of course you might be angry, but the information given the first time was what caused you to react.

You were not wrong for reacting the way you did. You got some wrong information. That is what happened to President Bush. He was not wrong for going to war with Iraq. He got some wrong information.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.

"FIGHT ON"

I didn't vote for either Bush, either time. The entire Bush family couldn't care less about the America people or the country as a whole, at all. They are in it for the money...nothing more. He and his rich friends are getting richer every day, off the backs of the rest of us. Have you noticed his voice? He whines. He claims that Islam rules through intimidation. He does, too. Intimidation, lying, cheating, stealing, whining and bullying. He's worthless as a president and as a human being. He was that way 40 years ago when I knew him, and he hasn't changed a bit.

Iran is not much like Iraq. For one thing, Iran's military is a lot more capable. 'Shock and Awe' wouldn't cut it.

I don't trust Bush, but would you prefer to trust Ahmadinejad? Isn't there some way we could get rid of both of them? Steel cage death match, perhaps?

Don't say americans, it is not all of us. I did not support the decision to go to war in Iraq, I believe we should have tried a little diplomacy first. The same with Iran.

everybody was wrong about iraq. reps, dems, brits, ruskies, everybody.but that does not make iran any less dangerous for gods sake. they hid a nuclear program fro twenty years, confessed to it. they bought nuclear drawings and plans off the black market that included plans for weapons per the u.n. now what about iran.

* in case you dare question the US President you would be accused of being "un-American" ... so because it is not numerous an incentive for autonomous concept is it? the different stupid motive is which you do no longer help the troops. i think of modern-day individuals are able to understanding that troops pass the place they are instructed by potential of the government and if all those people who taken care of the Vietnam vets like airborne dirt and mud are feeling responsible nicely it is their subject. you could help the troops and help peace besides ... I propose why could you desire your troops to die? ultimately accountability LIES WITH THE chief - BUSH. *
