Just jot down your main ideas or key points, then look your notes over, adding any new ideas. That's why doing it on a word processor is helpful. You can change the order of things without rewriting in longhand. As for making decisions, sleep on it and see if you feel the same next day. If so, go for it!

Writing and thinking are two different things. I think it is harder to write then it is to think too.

I suspect most people would agree.

You can make writing easier for yourself through learning and practice. It is easier to improve your writing then it to improve your thinking.

Some people believe that by improving your writing you are improving your thinking.

In order to write well you have to capture your ideas in words. It is like capturing little birds and putting them in cages.

To do this well you must have cages that other people can open easily. If the cages are difficult to open then people will not be interested in your birds.

I believe the most important thing is to express your thoughts clearly. This means linking thoughts together in a reader-friendly way.

If you learn how to write good paragraphs you have this skill 90% accomplished.

Very few people are decisive. As for writing things down I used to tell my students to tape random thoughts, listen to them and take the best to write down, it is easier then to add to the thoughts and make an essay flow.

Writing is a skill like playing a guitar and painting a portrait it can't be done in a second. The more you practise at it the better it will be and the more you will like it.

Judging by your grammar and spelling I'm not surprised.
Regarding making decisions they are dead easy. The difficult part is making the right ones.
