It depends on where in Manhattan, I would suggest getting a Taxi to Grand Central Station that way you'll be by the train which will cost around $40-$50.

If you're on a budget you should check out this page: http://www.supershuttle.com/
It might take a little longer until you get to your destination in Manhattan, but they drive you to any place in Manhattan for (the last time I checked) 19$ and 11$ per additional person.

East side...mid 20's......West side....mid 30's
Excluding Tolls and Tip.
It really depends where you go in manhatten.....going to cost you more if your going to the southern tip of Manhattan...
LGA does no have a flat rate...
45 is from JFK.

i agree with the others, it is about $50, depending on where in manhattan you're going. upper east side will be cheaper of course since it is closer.
