yes sammy will make a come-back, I don't know if it'll be in all hell breaks lose P2 or season 3 but he'll be back. come on sammy dead?, for ever? on supernatural? No way! Dean died and came back

Well since he is one of the 2 main stars of the show, I don't think he'll be dead for good. (unless the show doesn't get picked up, in which case he's screwed).
Somehow Dean will find a way to save him.
next week's episode looks SOOO amazing.

Sam has got to come back. It would be really boring without those two guys working together. It's certainly possible. After all the show's name is SUPERNATURAL!
