Try just 'taking a walk' every day (at least 30 minutes every day, other than your 'regular walking) ... and you can also do some 'isometric' exercises ... just 'sit or stand' comfortably and 'tighten your stomach muscles' count to ten, and 'release' as you breath out ... do this at least ten times, per 'session' up to six times a day. Your 'tummy muscles' will get 'tighter' and the walks will help you 'slim down' and also 'get fit' even if you are 'skinny' but just have a 'flabby tummy.'

You can get some core strength by lying down on a stability ball and do crunches by sitting up and lying back down repetitively you can do a set of 10 and repeat that set 3 times. you can also just lay on your back down on the floor bend you knees and crunch by coming up form your head and neck half way with your arm straight to meet your knees. look into purchasing a core secrets video it really works. you can buy the stability ball at academy or any sports store. I hope this helps

Seek out a Physiotherapist in the area and explain the situation and underlying medical conditions and then ask about a few Pilates type exercises.
