He's not over you.
Depending on the seriousness of the connection, he may never be over you. Sometimes distancing yourselves is the best thing to do. Been in two serious, long term relationships and I'll always love them both. Not seeing them or being involved with them really helps.

I think it's semi-safe to assume he will never be over you... Consider that the situation and ytou will be better off...but as one who finally did over this ex i had... I knew I was over them because I realised I really didn't have any interest in them anymore... I didn't even find them attractive... which ment they were no longer worth my time... But when that happened I no longer cared.

it is normal for him to look at you and to still want to talk to you, but if he gets upset over you talking to guys, then he is definitely not over you. He probably is more mad at himself than you though.

if he dumped you then he's over you but might not like the fact that someone else could be interested in what he may see as his " property " no offence to you thats the way some think

If he is your ex why do you care, this is his problem and he will have to learn to move on and if you truely want him to be your "ex" then you must'nt do anything to encourage him otherwise.
Tell him to move on and stop stalking/mooning over you.

maybe YOU need to get over YOU..... If you are exes...maybe he dosen't care at all and you are reading to much into it. Just move on, why are you interested in what he thinks anyhow?

He still has feelings for you. I am in the same situation. If he still wants you he needs to tell the truth because he is giving off all of the classic signs.

It all depends on the person. He might, not call you or just avoid you or he might be a dick and just be rude towards you. You should know best because you dated him.
