Wouldn't that be swapping one type of scar for another type of scar?

They are able to reproduce sheets of skin from a small sample of your skin. This is done for burn victims and I doubt it is ever available for vanity purposes. Besides it is not an exact match and you have to take medication for the rest of your life so that it is not rejected by your body

My cousin has serious stretch marks from gaining weight. She uses a lotion she found in an Avon catalog. She swears it works

They have almost painless laser treatments for lifting stretch marks now a days...

no. the skin has to come from somewhere and to get it off other people is illegal. skin just doesn't grow out of nowhere.
