Why don't you ask yourself this..
"Do I want to graduate?"
or better yet
"Do I want to actually do something with my life after high school?"
I'm not trying to be a smart @ss, but really think about it..you already got into trouble right? So why would you want to keep getting into trouble?
Thinking it's o.k to skip class now because you don't feel like going will set you up with a bad attitude for work later in life. You can't wake up in the morning on a work day and think "I know I am scheduled to be at work at 8 a.m this morning, and my boss already talked to me about being late, but I think I'm going to show up at 10 today anyways." You'll get fired fast.
Just get through it, there are things people do everyday that they would rather not do, but get it done and over with and soon it will be a memory.

I mean when I was in high school I used to skip class now and then and I was still a very good student. You definitely don't want to get in the habit of skipping everyday but everyone does deserve a little time off every now and then. Basically, you just wanna make sure you're not skipping any of your important classes. The more classes you fail, the longer it's going to take for you to graduate obviously so if you know you're going to miss a class make sure you can get someone in your class to let u know if you missed any assignments or important notes so you don't fall behind. Plus you wanna do as good as you can do early on in your high school career that way by the time your senior year rolls around, you know you have everything you need to graduate and your grades are good enough that you can just coast the rest of high school out...use your senior year for having fun..not catching up trying to graduate (I made that mistake in college).
Also it helps if you have cool parents that are understanding...when I would skip I'd be honest with my parents so they could call me in the next day or something to excuse me. Finally, it helps if you're involved in your school's extracurricular activities. To be quite honest the reason why I was so involved in activites were because they pulled u outta class so much...plus you get little perks. Being involved means teachers and principals will start to like you and kind of let you get away with a hell of a lot more than the average student.
All-in-All, be smart about it...if you're gonna skip class, make sure it's one you can afford to miss..dont do it often...also don't do anything stupid while you're skipping school that will get you in trouble...hope this was good advice :)

Technically, it is never ok to skip class. That said, it doesn't hurt if you do it once in a great while.... but it depends on the class and how often and what you do when you are skipping. Here is the thing to remember: you are hurting yourself when you skip. You are the one losing valuable experience. You are the one that is falling behind in your homework. You are the one learning bad habits that will be hard to break later in life. You are the one that is putting yourself in an unsafe situation (harder to stay out of trouble or protect yourself when no one knows where you are). When you are out of school, you are going to need the discipline and experience that you get from attending class. In most cases, you will be unable to just skip work or school when you are in the real world. While you are out, the rest of your co-workers or classmates are going to pass you by, and you'll be working at MacDonald's while they are making their six digit salaries.

I once set the school record for most classes cut in a single semester. Unfortunately my friend was jealous of me so he cut 20 more classes the next semster.

If you are an adult and/or in college, then it is up to you. In High School or lower grades, then--No! Can't you change classes to something you like or a different teacher?

Yes. But only if you wish to remain ignorant and leave school without the education you need to live.
