i would have to agree with you. although body weight, body structure, and stomach contents does factor in, any amount of alcohol in anybody has an effect them no matter what they claim or the "statistics" show. no one should drive after drinking that much alcohol period the end.

It normally takes about an hour for the body to metabolize one alcoholic drink, so yes 7 in 4 hours is too much.

Depends to a degree on body weight and stomach contents (and the beer), but probably. IN this day and age, only a fool would risk killing someone or getting a DUI.

yet then you definately awaken with the sore head the guy who takes one beer does not. i'm continuously suspicious of a guy who merely beverages one pint at a bar I continuously experience he has a hidden schedule. yet then perhaps hes using and does not opt to be over the cut back.

Getting drunk all depends on your height, body weight, the fat in your body and mostly your tolerence to the alcohol.......SO it is possible that he is not drunk......Check the drunk wheel to give you an idea of your limits........ I for one would be drunk with that much beer....thats why I always have a "DD" (desinated driver) when I go out.

for every drink you have you should wait an hour to drive so he really should not have driven any where. He may not have felt drunk, but he would have been considered drunk if he were pulled over and tested.
