Yea it's spelled ciabatta, but anyway I love it it's one of my favorites, and non of my friends like it either! Lol, I love any kind of bread pretty much. Do you get yours fresh? It is really good if you get it really fresh it's all bready.... how do you like that word lol

My boyfriend and I both love ciabatta bread! We make plates of ciabatta slices, roasted garlic, roasted red peppers, olives, dried salami and cheese, and we make a dinner out of it!
I finally learned how to make it myself - it is a 2 day process! If you have never made it and would like to try it...here's the link to my site and the recipe...

I like it, but have never bought just the bread. I have had sandwiches on it from the local deli's in my area.
