Yes it is perfectly fine. Raw meat is perfectly natural for a dog to eat and digest.

There are many raw diets for dogs. Some examples are: Natures Variety raw, Oma's Pride, B.A.R.F. That is just a few. If you follow a guideline for feeding then you should be fine.
Always make a VERY SLOW transition when you are changing foods. Your dog can get sick if you change foods too quickly.
Keep the dogs dishes cleaned daily and handle raw meat with care. Wash down surfaces really well.
Please seek the advice of your vet. If your dog has a special condition then please follow the vet's advice on what to feed.

IF you get the meat from someone you know, you know how the animal is raised, whether it has been given hormones or antibiotics etc.. Then it's okay to give them raw meat.. RAW meat DOES NOT encourage a dog to be aggressive at all.
If you don't know where the meat is from, and it's likely got hormones and antibiotics, then you should cook the meat first to get these things out before feeding it.

It's 'ok' for a dog to eat raw meat, but the same concerns apply to dogs as humans - uncooked meat is extremely risky to ingest because of bacterial and parasite infections. I recommend a regular dog food for your dog.
