Do Not listen to other people and especially don't go by TV or models or magazines or any other of that junk. Ask yourself some questions honestly:
Do I feel different? Do I feel less healthy and vibrant? Do I feel sluggish, clumsy or awkward? Do my feet, legs or back seem to ache and complain more often and for less reason? Is it hard to get in and out--like the bathtub or the car--when it used to be easy? Are there health problems occuring that can't be explained?
Don't just go by feelings either-anorexics think they're fat when they are starving to death! What does your Doctor say-have him look at your weight from previous years and ask for a truthful comment, his professional opinion. Also, you can go to a gym or health place that has the ability to measure your total body fat. Don't freak out, everyone needs some fat! But if it is, say. . .35%, then, yes, that's too much fat.
Most of all--I want to say ACCEPT. We all tend to get 'fluffier' and fuller figured as we get older. What's important is to be healthy. Good Luck!

Looking in the mirror can be deceptive, ask any anorexic. Check height and weight charts, I think that's best. You can also find bmi charts online.www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi - 20k - Cached - More from this site
