Hi.
When I stick a DVD in my computer, it says this exactly, 'Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0xb2c (2860), Thread id=0xa3c (2620).
Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.'
I have tried hitting OK and CANCEL, but neither work...it's not just DVD's, either, if I try to got into Media Center, it won't let me. Please, please, help.
Thank you.

You may have a virus...Either your PC does not have the DVD viewer...Or you might want to restart and reconfigure your PC. Read the manual and see if you have those features, if not...then that's where you problem is coming from...Or sometimes it could be that you don't have enough space on your PC to view the DVD...

Sounds like your Windows is damaged or some multimedia components is missing/damaged, it will be difficult for a solution as many things can be the cause of it.

You could try using System Restore to go back to a date when you know the system were working ok, but I dont hold much hope. Best to take it to a local computer repair store.
