No specific injury, just chronically sore 3rd and 4th lumbar

I have never been on one of these inversion tables but I know of someone who did when she underwent decompression treatments. At first it helped her but then the situation was later made worse so she had to stop.

An inversion table sounds like a waste of time. Are you sleeping on a soft mattress? My back problems went away when I got a good firm mattress. Oh, and what is a "menu fit"?
