I need to lose some weight fast I know it is not the healthiest but i just recieved a job as a plus size model and need some advice. I am 5'9 180 lbs. serious answers please

Most cranberry juice is full of sugar. It's great for detoxing the kidneys, though.

While I was thinking about this, I looked around and found the following on WikiHow. Please note the writer says to use UNSWEETENED cranberry juice.

How to Lose 14 Pounds in 14 Days

Are you overweight and want to lose weight fast? Well, here is a way to lose 14 pounds and 2 dress sizes in 14 days. . lost a pound and a half A DAY when did this. but this will ONLY work if you follow this diet STRICTLY.
Steps

1. Drink HOT lemon water with breakfast.(juice HALF a lemon into 8oz. of HOT water).
2. Sip cran-water throughout the day.(add 8oz. of unsweetened cranberry juice to 58oz of water).
3. Start and finish your day with a fat busting drink.(when you wake up in the morning and before you go to sleep, mix together 1 tbs of ground flaxseed into 8oz. of cran-water and drink it).
4. Finish it off with eating 3 daily meals that include an 8oz. piece of lean meat of any kind, or any kind of meat that is made with soy (like the BOCA soy meat collection. ex; boca burgers, boca bacon, etc...). also include two hard boiled eggs, and three cups of vegetables. top it off with two snacks of fruit a day.(any kind of fruit).


Tips

* Do cardio exercise for an hour a day for ANY 4 days a week (can be NON consecutive days).
* Drink lots of water.
* Eat lots of fruit and vegetables

16lbs in 3 weeks is very attainable aslong as ur dedicated to it. u have to eat less calories and fat than what u normally can eat and u'll lose it in no time. great way to start is cutting out fast foods, junk foods, carbs, pretty much anything thats delicious. once u switch to a healthier diet, not only u'll lose weight, but u'll be more alert, more active, and feel much better. i recently started a diet as well and it's going better than it's ever been just because i eliminated fast food completely. it was a very difficult transition for me esp since i ate fast food daily and had to go thru it alone, but i ahve no problem now that i see results. once u make urself comfortable w/ foods that has omega 3 fatty acids, whole grain, fiber, antioxidents, pretty much anything that taste like sh!t, ull see results in less than a week.

you may have not to excersie at a gym, since your a work a holic,. you can be doing constant work outs throuhout yuor day, such as, when you walk (if you work in buildings) take the stairs instead of the elevator, instead of driving somewere for lunch, simply WALK, and just limit to wat you eat starting from breakfast(Which is most important) to dinner which is lease important. if you consume mainly protien for dinner and lots of good carbs and fruits in the morning you should be ok
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats
and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little

Hmm...well i know how you can lose about...10pounds? Dont eat any junk food. Do 200 crunches, 100 leg lifts and then jog in place for about 10 mins. everyday- It sounds like a lot. BUT! it will only take you about...20mins at the most :)

Stop eating excess carbs big time. Absolutely no candy, ice cream, soda, juice. Then start running everyday and until you can barely walk... Work up a sweat as often as you can.

Go on a liquid only diet, juices chicken soup etc

I can guarantee you will NOT be able to do it, in fact you will probably actually gain a few pounds.
