Nothing specific on the subject. But it would fall under the "stumble" catagory where if the thing you are doing is offensive or harmful to the person, it is a sin.

it's not a sin to tickle someone unless they do not want you to. If they don't want you to, then you are not "loving your neighbor as yourself" and face absolute and eternal damnation.
(just kidding, I have no idea)
